2. what is your main products?

3. Can I have your product catalog?

You can get 2024 new catalog from my mail.

4. Did you have any EU warehouse and USA warehouse?

So far we don't have warehouses in Europe and the United States, but this is in our future plans. Once the warehouses are set up, we will notify you as soon as possible.
 

5. what is your MOQ?

The MOQ for our existing models is 10 units per model. If you need a custom frame or other complex accessories, we will discuss it based on the specific situation.
 

6. Can I order one pcs?

Normally we do not sell in retail. If you are a distributor in the electric bicycle industry and need to purchase a sample bike to test the quality of the product, we are very welcome.

7. How long is your lead time?

Usually the samples order will be completed within 2-3 weeks, and the batch order will take 1-3 months

8. How about the shipment?

For sample orders, we usually ship by DDP, with an estimated cost of $400-700, depending on the customer's detailed address and the packaging size of the bicycles. The shipping time is about 1-2 months. For bulk order shipments, we normally load the goods directly at the factory.

9. How about your QC?

We have a professional QC team, which is currently divided into incoming components inspection, in-production inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Each E-bike is inspected before shipment and has registered and data records.

10. What is your after-sales service policy?

Normally, our warranty period is as follows: 3 years for the frame, 2 years for the motor, 2 years for the battery, 1 year for the controller, and 1 year for the display. Other wearing parts are not covered by the warranty. If there is damage caused by non-human factors within the warranty period, we will provide free repair, replacement, and technical guidance.

11. Does your factory release new products every year?

We have our own independent R&D department, which can independently design and develop. We will develop 3-5 new models every year according to market demand.
 

12. Can we customize the frame, configuration, color, logo?

13. Will direct selling be in your future plans?

Our target customers are some relatively powerful wholesalers in each country and region. We provide a complete set of service systems before, during and after the delivery, so that our wholesalers can make money. We will do our duty within the scope of the factory to achieve a win-win situation. We have no plans to carry out direct sales business.
